Applicability

These terms of service apply to all services and products delivered by Smedja. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Smedja provides AI and software development services. The specific scope, timeline, and costs are agreed upon per project in a separate proposal or agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights to the delivered work are transferred to the client upon full payment. Smedja retains the right to use the work in its portfolio.

Payment terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge statutory interest.

Liability

Smedja's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment. Smedja is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

Force majeure

Smedja is not liable for failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, pandemics, or government measures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
